Whether you're looking to remove contacts that have opted out, exclude existing clients, or simply uncover prospects that you don't already have, uploading suppression lists to the platform is easy.
How to upload a suppression list
- Download the Suppression List template from the Lists tab.
- Input your list of email addresses into the CSV file.
- Upload the list into the platform.
- Once imported, you'll receive an email notification.
- Run a people search and select your suppression list to exclude those contacts from the results.
💡 Tip
Only email addresses can be included in a suppression list.
⚠️ Important
In your upload file, SearchTerm must be entered in cell A1.
