Uploading Previous Company Lists

Track decision-makers leaving your existing clients and joining new companies by uploading lists of clients, running searches against them and creating alerts.

How to upload a Previous Company List

  1. Download the Previous Company List template from the Lists tab.
  2. Input your list of company names into the CSV file.
  3. Upload the list into the platform.
  4. Once imported, you'll receive an email notification.
  5. Run a people search and include your Previous Company List to find decision-makers who have left your current clients and moved into new roles.
💡 Tip
When creating your Previous Company List, upload only company names and remove suffixes such as Ltd, Limited, PLC and LLP where possible.
⚠️ Important
In your upload file, SearchTerm must be entered in cell A1.
