Upload your own company lists into Honch and match them to our data, allowing you to track movements within your accounts and ensure you always have the latest prospects.
How to upload a Company List
- Download the Company List template from the Lists tab.
- Input your list of companies into the CSV file.
- Upload the list into the platform.
- Once imported, you'll receive an email notification.
- Run a people or company search using your uploaded Company List to find prospects within your target accounts.
💡 Tip
For the highest match rate, include both company names and company website URLs. Remove suffixes such as Ltd, Limited, PLC and LLP from company names wherever possible.
⚠️ Important
In your upload file, SearchTerm must be entered in cell A1.
