How to Sync Contacts and Emails to Salesforce When Prospecting on Honch

When you're prospecting in Honch, you can automatically sync both contacts and emails directly into Salesforce.

This works for both individual outreach and bulk prospecting campaigns, ensuring your CRM stays up to date without manual work.

Before continuing, you'll need to have the Salesforce button installed and connected to your account.

💡 If you've not already installed the Salesforce integration, complete that setup first before configuring email syncing.

Go to Account Settings and open the Email Settings tab.

Under Email Configuration, add your unique Email to Salesforce address.

Tick the option below to enable automatic contact creation whenever emails are sent from Honch.

Once enabled, click Save at the top of the page.

Whenever you send an email from Honch:

A contact will automatically be created in Salesforce if it doesn't already exist.
The email will automatically be logged against the contact record.
Your prospecting activity will remain synchronised between both systems.

✅ From this point onwards, all emails sent from Honch can be tracked inside your Salesforce CRM automatically.
