We’ve added new Salesforce integration options to Honch, making it easier to keep your CRM accurate, relevant and ready for outreach without manual work.
If you’re using Salesforce, these updates allow Honch to sync contacts directly into your CRM overnight, based on real buyer movement rather than static data uploads.
This update focuses on reducing manual prospecting, maintaining cleaner CRM data, and ensuring Salesforce reflects changes as they happen.
We’ve expanded our Salesforce integration so that Honch can now support Salesforce users in three key ways, depending on how you research, prospect and manage outreach.

As soon as these contacts appear in Honch, they are added to Salesforce automatically, ready for your existing processes, reports and automation.

We’ve also added a Salesforce button inside Honch, allowing you to send contacts directly to Salesforce in a single click.
This is particularly useful when you’re:
Contacts arrive in Salesforce fully tagged and mapped, without the need for CSV exports or manual uploads.

If you’re prospecting directly in Honch, you can now sync both contacts and emails straight into Salesforce.
This works whether emails are sent:
Contacts are created automatically where needed, and emails are logged in Salesforce as you’d expect - keeping sales and marketing activity visible in one place.

Alongside adding new contacts, the integration also helps keep your CRM up to date.
Honch can:
For most teams, this reduces bounce rates and helps keep segmentation and reporting cleaner over time.
These Salesforce integrations are designed to fit into how teams already use Honch and Salesforce - not change it. Whether you’re:
Salesforce stays current in the background, while your team spends less time managing data and more time focusing on outreach.
